When will I receive my ticket?

All customers should expect to receive their mailed tickets within 7-10 days of their chosen performance date. If your tickets have not arrived by that time, please email us at so that we can arrange for replacements to be available for you to collect at the venue box office on the performance date.

VIP Meet & Greet Package: Information for Ticket Holders

As a VIP Meet & Greet ticket holder you will be seated in the best seats in the house and have the opportunity to meet and take a photo with Chase and Marshall after the show. Meet and Greet Experience guests will also receive a postergram to remember their time at the show.

You need to have a VIP Meet & Greet Ticket for everyone in your group, kids and adults. All children entering the experience will need to be supervised by a parent or a guardian. At the conclusion of the main show remain in your seats and follow the direction of venue staff to the Meet & Greet Experience area. Please be sure to bring your own camera and have your smart phone / camera ready to go once at the meet and greet event.

What If my ticket is lost or stolen?

If your tickets have been lost or stolen we may be able to offer replacements for collection from the venue on the day of the event, depending on the circumstances. When reporting lost or stolen tickets to us, please provide as much information about your purchase as possible including:

  • your My Ticketek account number or Customer ID
  • details of the event including: name, date, time and venue
  • an explanation of the circumstances

We can only make arrangements for replacements when in contact with the card holder who purchased the tickets. Contact Us below at If you don't hear back from us before you leave to attend your event please see the box office staff at the venue.

Will tickets be available to purchase at the Box Office?

We recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment. Subject to availability of remaining seats, tickets will be available to purchase at the box office on the day.

I have booked tickets to the wrong date/time, can I change these?

Make sure you check all of your details carefully before submitting payment. Once your booking is confirmed we cannot provide an exchange to another performance.

Can I get a refund?

We will only provide a refund or exchange if your event is cancelled or rescheduled. We will not provide a refund if you are unable to attend due to a change of mind, or a change in your circumstances.

Will there be merchandise on sale at the show?

Yes, we anticipate having merchandise available at the venue. Merchandise may vary from show to show.

What if I have a question not covered here?

You can email Ticketek at and we will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 business hours. If it is regarding your booking please include your customer ID, registered email and transaction details (if known).

How old does my child need to be, to require a ticket?

Children under 12 months of age do not require a paid ticket, provided they are seated on the lap of a ticket holder and do not occupy a seat. All children aged one and over will require their own ticket.

What is the duration of the show and is there an intermission?

Show running time is 1 hour & 20 minutes including a 15 minute interval.

Can we record the show or take photos?

Can I bring my child in a pushchair, pram, stroller or buggy?

Whilst we encourage you to leave the pram at home, or in the car, we understand that this is not always possible. Each venue will have a pushchair parking area available outside the auditorium.

I bought my ticket for someone else, are they ok to use it?

Yes, our tickets are fully transferable and anyone holding the valid ticket will be permitted entry. Note, we can only discuss details of the purchase with the original buyer/card holder.
